This question has been in my imaginations for the last one year. Living plants perform many types of bio-chemical processings in them day and night. Can a method be devised so that without any harm to these plants, we can get some quantity of electricity from living plants. If the method is designed and operating, then how and where? On what type of plants? Will you clear my doubts on this?

Hi mitraa. Good idea. If it would be made would be great for those populations that live near forests. Many times they don't have electricity. Good topic friend. Cheers and have a nice day.

Yes Teka, the forest and valley areas will be well benefited first, if electricity is derived from living plants. Let's see what the technology brings into reality! Thanks for this nice response!

''Can living plants give electricity?'' I became very excited reading this topic. really so innovative n interesting topic. But I cant think that plants can give electricity. as I know electricity is produced from water. But science is developing. Scientists must have found some way in generating electricity from plants. If you get some information regarding this, please donot forget to get me know. I am very keen to know it. Thanx

hey this was good to know, interesting, if this is researched into some of our biggest problems can be addressed. but i think it will need massive scale of plants for a big project which can give electricity for a good use
