Are your feet of the same size?

Everytime I look for another pair of shoes, slippers or sandals, I would always use my left foot to fit it because my left foot size is kinda bigger than my right foot. It may sound silly, but yes it's true! ANd i don't know if I'm the only one who's experiencing this. What about you?

For me, one is definitely slightly bigger than the other. I tried to buy a pair of joggers not long ago, and not only were my feet slightly different sizes, the arch was also slightly forward in one foot compared to the other! The sales guy just had no idea how to sort me out! Couldn't blame him, really! lol. I don't seem to have this problem with any other type of shoes, but I guess since joggers fit so well around all areas of the feet, you can actually notice it when your feet aren't quite symmetrical.

I'm glad I've met people here who finds that their feet are not that symmetrical. I thought I'm the only one having this. I almost told myself if it's some kinda abnormal. THanks for your reply though. Hope to hear more especially from those who have feet of the same size. Or even those people with feet wherein the other one is a LOT BIGGER than the other foot. lol :)

From the time you have replied, you must have noticed some more persons with different sizes, no?

My right foot is a bit larger than the left one but it's such a small difference that I wonder if it really exists! Your problem is not uncommon though. So, does it really trouble you much?

lol. No it doesn't really trouble me that much. I'm just wondering if there are also people who have a foot bigger than the other one since I think it's not really a common one or I dunno, maybe. :)Thanks for the reply

Wow I've never even thought about this. I always tend to use my left foot when trying on shoes too but not because it's larger than my right foot, it's just the first foot I put forward. I think both of my feet are the same size though BUT I've not had them checked since I reached adulthood so I really could say 100%! Something to think about there! :)

i think it's normal. our left foot is really a bit bigger than the right one. i also have bigger left foot, and i know a lot of people who have. maybe those who don't agree on this haven't notice it yet. but it's not really a hassle since it's just a few milimeters difference. :)

I think it is just a psycological problem. Anatomically both of your feet are suppose to be the same size.

He he. One of my feet is just slightly longer than the other. But, it hasn't caused me too much problem, except with athletic shoes. My main problem is that my feet are narrow in the center and near the ankle, but more of a normal width at the ball.

I use my right foot to fit shoes. My left foot is slightly wider than the right one, accidentally broke of the foot bone when I was young. Because of that sometimes it gives me problem when I'm wearing woman shoes especially high heel. And I like wearing high heels but my left foot is killing me....

My feet are both the same size, but a friend of mine has one foot a full size larger than the other.
(I have one arm longer than the other, by 1".)
