Do you find yourself being a negative person? Do you always feel as if you concentrate on the cup half-empty and not half-full? Do you seem plagued by pessimistic thoughts? If so, are you trying to break out of it? What are some of your strategies? Have you succeeded? or are you stuck in a rut?

I think I am having bit negative.
I do not concentrate the positive value or term of any aspect but just diverting my attention toward the negative aspect.
For example I am not having the ability to judge a person exactly even after few meetings and I got tired in understanding other.
this is harmful to me even in the matter of finding my love as well.
Wht shd I do???I also dont know....and so sad abt this...:(

I think it's great that you have detected this trait in your personality. That's the first step. Some people can't even admit that they're negative. The next thing you need to do is pinpoint when you are doing this. Try this exercise:
Next time you feel that you are starting to think negative, think the opposite. Mentally push yourself to think of the good in all things. You have programmed your mentality to constantly think in one direction so try thinking in the opposite fashion. Try breaking this habit and you'll see how greatly your life can improve. Good luck!!!
