If you do not eat, you may not only lose weight. Just reduce the amount of what you eat. Have the three meals a day - right quantity, quality, time. Eat fruits for snacks or just drink fruit juice. Avoid fats and carbs. Exercise. You have to sweat. Don't sleep too long.

Dont miss your main meals. Breakfast is a MUST, get light Lunch and Dinner. No snacks but replace it with Fruits e.g apple, orange, banana etc. Please take multivitamin and drinks a lot of plain water...min. 2liter/day.

The best way to loose weight is to eat balanced healthy meals and to exercise 45-60 minutes everyday. You can also cut down your calories, for instance, 1 pound= 3500 calories. If you can cut down 500 calories everyday for 7 days you can loose a pound a week. 7 X 500= 3500. Keep in mind that if you exercise regularly you could loose more. Not eating is not a way to loose weight. If you don't eat your metabolism can slow down and you won't be able to burn calories as fast as someone who is active and eats healthy.
Remember to always consult with your doctor first before you start a dietary regiment.

The best and safest way I have ever heard of for losing weight is to eat your three healthy meals a day at regular times with little to no snacking in between each and a lot of hard work in exercising .
My best friend has been able to lose a lot of weight eating healty and exercising and is in much better shape and looks really good . Her hard work is paying off .
