Can you suggest ways of recycling waste?

Well manure is an animal waste, I think you mean compost. Compost can be made out of almost any kind of vegetable matter, left over vegetables, yard clippings, etc. A compost barrel would be the easiest I think. It usually comes with full instructions on how to create good composting material for your garden. It's basically just a big barrel on a turning mechanism. You keep putting stuff in and you turn the barrel every couple of days until it breaks down into usable compost. Wish I could have one but I have a very small yard and all the neighbors are a little too close. I'm sure they'd complain about the smell :(
