Do you remember your very first response to a discussion on myLot?

hahaha lol I remember my first response. I didn't know how to leave one so I ended up commenting on someone else's response instead. My sister got a kick out of it though. So I didn't even get credit for my first one. It is great to see how far some of us have come. I know my responses have gotten a lot better along with my discussions.

Nice post honey. I'm giving you another + rating for it. Listen, I cannot even remember what this old lady ate for breakfast, let alone remember 13,something posts back. Hehhehehe. I cannot even find it to go back. But, I did notice that the posts I have responded to and have made are a lot different from before.

I have been with MyLot for a little over a month now and have done so much posting that I honestly can't remember what my first post was or how I answered it or anything but like you I can remember being excited to see that 0 turn into a 1 , that is one feature they changed and I miss it where you used to be able to see right on the page you are on , your number changing from post to post . Now you have to go in through your profile to check out your number .

yes i do rem. i responded to a lady who was very much worried about her husbands reckless behaviour and attitude towards time management and his commitments, and i rem, this becoz iam also married and i didnt want that my hubby ignore me or be like this ever, may god bless that lady infact i dont rem. the name but yes i do rem. the discussion and it was just a month back,,,thats wat my age is on mylot.

Greengal, you got me there. It's just impossible. :P I've never gone back to read it because I am only 2 weeks old here and that's not long enough for nostalgia to stick in yet! :PP

I have been a member 5 months and i cant remember but i think it was something real simple.Mylot has made alot of changes since then and im sure my response was short and simple.

To be honest Greengal no I don't but like you I think it might have been a bit of a short one to lol. I have been here 5 months now so I am not even going to attempt to search for my first response lol.

come to think of it. i can't remember what my first response was all about. your post made me think of going back to the discussions i've participated in to see what my first response was like. like you, i didn't what to do back then, i was so lost. i'll check it out and go back to this discussion.

well...actually I cannot remember the first post I have ever made here...no matter how much I try, I cannot remember...as a matter of fact I have never thought before of having a look at my responses!!! what a nice idea you had!!! what was your first response, then? the only fact is that I can quite remember of not writing very much..it was all difficult..writing, sending a message, understanding what I was allowed or not allowed to do...I had no idea of what a friend was..I had no idea of what rating or commenting meaned...it is not very much indeed but it seems even more...anyway i am so happy to be here, that I hope to be here more and more...

I've been here about 4 weeks now and had to go back 4 pages at a time until I reached what I think is my first post here. The only thing is that it was a discussion with 8 pages of responses and mine was on page 7 (thanks for making me work so hard on a Saturday morning green goddess - don't worry I'll get you back soon LOL). It took AGESSSSSSS to get to the page I needed to find my first post here - it would have been so nice if there had been a "last" button for discussions I had responded to but don't worry (I'm going to find something to make you work just as hard hehe). Anyway the first post I wrote was in response to a pregnant member who was quite distressed with her husband's cousin's girlfriend who would get drunk and call up her husband in the middle of the night looking for her boyfriend (the cousin, keep up now) who wouldn't answer his own phone. It was happening all too regularly and I suggesed that she had a polite word with the girlfriend when she was sober to say it wasn't good for her to be woken during the night due to being pregnant (not that it would be good to woken even if you weren't pregnant) and if that didn't work to put the phone on silent that the drunk called on and ensure everyone else has an alternative contact number to call in the case of emergencies (i.e. family members) - the drunk would get the message and eventually stop. I am pretty sure that was my first post as it was on page 163 of my posts. Being new to the site, I didn't particularly understand the concept of having a number beside your member name LOL.

Hi Greengal, I'm new enough to remember answering a post about Chinese food! the first discussion I came across whilst trying to fathom out what this Mylot was all about.... I wrote about the art of dim sum, my favourite, and how I'd still drive 200 miles to a restuarant, which is probably still the best outside Hong Kong, and is in Manchester......good post

ya i remmember my first response i made on mylot..as it was just six days ago...it was discussion on ur fav color..

Not, dovre go to look in mine profile are 3 months and half. Too many rispoiste, too many questions, are not a hard disk eheh :)

I can't remember about my first response to a discussion. Sometime I also think about my begining days on Mylot. What I get is at that time there were less quality discussions than now. I think after the rating system the situation have changed gradually. Whatever it is I am always happy with Mylot and my Mylot friends.

I don't remember my first discussion, but whatever it was, I had responded to just check that how much amount I have earned, and on the next day, I responded to two reponses, so when I sees the earning increasing then i began to regularly post the responses to mylot. Its hard to remember your first response because you yourself not sure that whether you'll continue or leave the Mylot after two or three days

i do remember my first response on mylot discussion. The discussion was about the most favourite color of me. I just told my favourite color and told why i like that color. That's it. I got $.01 for that discussion. i was very happy about that.

i havent been here a week, and i cant remember my first post. of course, i have the memory of a goldfish, which is supposed to be 3 seconds, or 15 seconds, i cant remember...x]

I remember my first answer to a discussion because I just joined today. I answered a discussion regarding manners and shopping. I hope that I'll have as many replies and discussions as you in a few months.
