Are you a mom or do you know a mom who suffers from depression? Are you or do you know a mom who has anger issues? I'm really interested in hearing about your struggles and what has helped you on these subjects. Whether your depression and/or anger is mild or severe, I'm really interested in what you have found that has helped or what you are looking for to help.
Why am I asking?I have struggled with anger and depression since my 2nd child was born. I find myself snapping at those I love over silly things. I get stressed and overwhelmed over pretty much anything and I find myself very fatigued, even if I've slept for hours. This is mild compared to what some people go through, but I did find a book that I am using as a source of help for the time being but I really would love addition thoughts and ideas. If you have read the following book I'd love to hear your thoughts as well.
The book is: She's Gonna Blow by Julie Ann Barnhill

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations

I am going to have to read that book because even though I love my kids they get on my nerves and sometimes they can be a handful but you still have to love them and then I do get mad at them and tell them things but after that I feel guilty and tell them that I am sorry.
