i am not every good about the Bible, or perhaps taking what i've read too literally... i have readseveral times before about judgement day, the triumph of good over evil and the beginning of new life. considering these all to be true and that in the past the world has ended and what we have is a new beginning, what do you think would be GOD's purpose for doing so?
i know our knowledge is nothing compared to what GOD has but in just in your opinion, why would GOD do such thinng to us?

I believe that God gives us the chance to change ourselves and lets us practice over and over again because that's how we learn. We're stubborn and don't always learn our lessons the first time, so he gives us time after time to get it right.
he said that he won't send His son to gather us up until every language has been given the opportunity to know him.
We're still not there yet. There are people in this world who know nothing about Christ and would be lost if he returned now.
God is merciful and tarries and waits for us all to find salvation in Christ. We are supposed to pray for him to come soon, but we are supposed to be working to bring the lost to Christ and helping to make his coming faster by spreading the good news all over the world.
Very few are helping with this harvest of souls.
