YOu get paid $0.01 for each image posted to a discussion (not to your profile) Postings are paid differently. If you make good posts and good discussions and you don't break the rules, you will get paid more, than if you leave one line answers and bad posts. I am currently at an average of 0.022 cents per post.

Unfortunately my friend, no one knows the answers to your questions except the admin(s). But they won't tell you. :P No, I am serious. Not kidding you... we are only told that we are paid according to the quantity AND quality of our discussions and responses... no further detail there. But if you are getting some $1-2 a day, you should be among the top earners..
