Can you see effects of Global Warming yet?

I certainly do. Most of he time winter was as warm as spring. Also not enough rain fall. I hop people will start doing something.

Can I ask you a question? Im not being rude, Im just curious about something, and maybe you can explain it to me. If there is global warming, why are there areas that are receiving snow, the same as they always do? In some parts of the world the weather is absolutely normal. And why are there areas that are receiving snow that normally don't?

Unfortunley, the world is not about some little parts. Just because it is snowing in some parts, that doesn't mean, there isn't global warming. Polar ice is melting rapidly. And this may effect some parts differently.
