Bit Torrent..

I just got a new laptop and just downloaded the bittorrent software and I've no idea how to use it. I googled some sites that offer downloads but before I download any movie or any file, for that matter, I'd want to first ask for some opinions about this. Most of my friends recommend getting movies via bittorrent but as I mentioned, I'm a first timer, so if anybody has any helpful advise, such as which sites to go to get good and reliable (quality-wise) movies, please let me know!

you just need that torent file then starting download. it will take more long time than normal download because it's run on p2p network. be carefully too install your best antivirus.

Oh, I see. Thank you for replying so quickly! While we're on the subject of antivirus, I wonder if you can give me any suggestions for a program that will be suitable for a Mac? I just got this computer, and I don't think I have any antivirus programs on it...
