Was Darwin Right and Jesus Wrong?

In Mathew 19 3:3-6 In responding to the Pharisees regarding divorce, Jesus has this to say: "Haven't you read," he replied, that at the beginning God created them male and female..." This definitely conflicts with what evolutionists has to say about a common ancestor and the claim that man didn't come along until millions of years later. Apparently, Jesus was a creationist as well. If you believe Jesus to be the son of God, is it possible that Darwin and many of today's evolutionists have knowledge that Jesus didn't posses? Many evolutionists are misled and in turn mislead others into believing that the subject of origin is one of Science vs. Religion. When in fact there is science that confirms creationism. Specified complexity/Irreducible complexity and the fossil record all point to a Designer. Specified complexity can be defined as a complex coordinated biological system having high information content. Examples: DNA,protein, the eye, etc Irreducible complexity - a single system composed of several well matched, interacting parts that contribute to the basic function, wherein the removal of any one of those parts causes the system to effectively cease functioning. The examples listed above are also examples of a irreducible complex systems Any one is welcome to respond. However, the question is obviously aimed at those who believe in God. As for the evolutionists it would appreciated if you could explain the following: 1) the evolution of male and female compatible reproductive organs. How did these organisms simultaneously evolve? 2)the evolution of human speech 3) the evolution of flying birds from reptiles 4) why some evolutionists such as Gould, Patterson, Eldredge, etc claim the fossil record does not support the theory of evolution 5) At what point did biological organisms begin to evolve? 6) What is the scientific name for man's supposed common ancestor? (When mentioning scientific evidence, please be prepared to demonstrate that you have an understanding of the evidence you speak of.) *** Please, don't post links to long texts without giving a brief synopsis

They are both right. Darwin tells you how life is possible and jesus told you how to live you life. Don't mix them together.

Thank you for your response but with respect to the information I posted regarding a common ancestor and his evolution vs man and woman being created at the beginning as Jesus suggest, what do you think?

Above you quote Jesus saying male and female not man and woman, thus there is no contradiction all the best urban

Simple and easy questions, leavert Why should I believe in the bible ? Do you believe in the bible literally? I ask these questions because you seem to believe, and so, use it as basis for claims against evolution, and other areas of science.

Hi, Jricbt.. the thing is, there's lots of dispute on this between scientists, and there's a lot of science that doesn't support it (evolution, that is) and actually (strongly) suggests it's just not true.. But hey! That's good news! Maybe there's purpose to life afterall.. and maybe life isn't just an anomaly.. I knwo when I look at people, I can see that they are more than just physical. There's something more.. I don't know how people miss it.. :))

So as to not go off topicI will limit myself to say that yes, I believe Jesus literally was referring to man and woman when he stated that God created them in the beginning.

What kind of knowledge would they have the Jesus or God did not? He has enough knowlede to create a perfectly balanced world, and us and people still question. Also I am not sure you know exactly how many hairs are on your head and God does.
