my parents anniversary!

i would like to have a necklace or ring of all my children's birthstones in the piece of jewelry. if you can't afford something like this then you could do something more from the heart. Take all of your baby stuff that you possible have such a baby blanket, pictures you could print on fabric, ect...and make a quilt for your mother or have someone help you do it. that's what my mother is always suggesting, which i plan on doing the quilt but i am also going to put some of my children's things into the quilt as well.

What about a professional photo setting? Depending on what your mum likes, it could be one of just her (where they do the fancy hair and make-up and everything), or even get the whole family together for some family photos. Another idea - is what year anniversary is it? There is the old fashioned stuff like paper for first anniversary, you could find out what the 'theme' is for the year they're celebrating and get them something that ties in with that. Or is your mum the kind of person that would enjoy a day at a spa being pampered or something along those lines?

For me I think a collection of pictures of your parents from the time they met until present. You can make it creative ....make astory and put it in a cd! Play it during their anniversary. You can also give her a big photo frame with their picture together in it. I hope my suggestion would help.

Moms are always emotional, your gift need not be expensive. You can think of the best memory together and take something that would remind her of that memory. And then along with it, make a very creative letter why she would always be the same mom you'll choose if your given the option.

if your looking for a great gift. think about making her a scrap book of her and your dads life together, you can start at the begining and go right through the births of there children and continue till you hit the date of the anniversary.
