Do you know of any workout that would tone down flabby arms?
I got a fair body figure,a figure that is just right for my height. I used to play badminton with my oficcemates at least twice a week to stay fit and to keep my figure. But I notice that my arms are a bit flabby. They don't correspond to my body figure. They don't look so bad but still I deprive my self to wear sleeveless in an open places because I'm consious of it.Does any of you knows what is the appropriate workout for this?

I would say "push-ups" ... and if you find it too hard try putting your feet on the edge on a bed ... it sounds more difficult but it actually makes it easier to do the push ups that way
Also you can hold small water bottles in each hand and do curls or you can line your arms with your shoulders and go down and lift and down and lift and so on
Hope it helps

I guess the best routine for toning down flabby arms is by lifting weights, of course not those weiths that weighs too much, but those of which you think you can carry and lift your arms up.
Try dumbells, as there are certain weight variation to choose from. Or you can also try to lift heavy textbooks, again those of which you can carry.
You can do routines like up's and down's, over the back, and lifting -starting downward then lift up until your elbows are equally lengthed on your shoulder.
If you want to be sure, you can always consult a gym instructor or a trainor about that matter..
