I think it is both....the lawyer has to be good at presenting his case & the judge to review both sides and reach a good decision

The most important person in court is always a lawyer. As it is the lawyers arguments lights up the interiors of Law otherwise law is just a black hole.

I think everyone is important. But the most important must be the law itself. Without a good law, the court is nothing.

I think the judge. he must judge it. if he make a wrong judging, then he is sinning.
