What can u say about Philippines?

The good: The beaches, the warm people, the climate (because it's never too cold), the low cost of living (relative to other countries) The bad: The politics, the poverty of the people, the low income potential, the climate (because sometimes it's scorchingly hot!) But it is home, and when I'm away, I do yearn for it. :D

Phillippines is a wonderful country, plenty of different and beautiful places to go to..And am very proud to be a filipino..

The Philippines is the only predominantly Catholic nation in Asia ruled by a minority of pagan politicians. It is a country of beautiful people and ugly vultures... oh I'm sorry... I meant... politicians.

Philippines is a great country to be in. Ive spend all my 25 years in the Philippines. ive also been in every spot of it from the Smokey Mountains (mountain-huge pile of trash) to the clean,clear waters of Boracay. From the highest point in the Philippines (mt.province) to the deep trench in davao.. All i can say is Philippines is a 3rd world country, but Philippines has its own beautiful world (its virgin islands, rich cultures,etc) Many pinoys go to other countries to seek greener pasture.. but every day more and more foreigners live in the Philippines. Philippines is one of the best place in the world. And im proud to be in it.

we have a great country but im not happy with the way our leaders are doing..

To be completely, completely honest, i have never really thought much of Philippines before. It's a fine country (i guess), more or less. I don't know. But the poverty's bad, the politics' not stable, as well as the economy. But it's not wrong. Every country has its ups and downs. You should be proud of your country no matter what. I think it's such a disgrace, those who start living somewhere else and forgetting their roots afterwards. Like, big d'uh! I respect you and everyone else who really has love for their country. :) Peace out.

I really love to travel, not been to philippines yet or for that matter anywhere in tht part of asia.. i would really love to visit, i have checked out some sites on philippines and seen some pics. the beaches look amazing..saw pics of mactan island, panglao etc..
