WHat can you clearly see in this photo?

There are two faces that can be seen. One is of the side of a young woman and then if you look again you can see the old woman. The young girls ear becomes the old woman's eye, the choker becomes her mouth and her cheek becomes the others nose. I find pictures like that very interesting.

I can only see a young girl in this picture clearly whose face is the other way arnd, not visible from the front. Is there nything else? Whts special about this pic?

i can see 2 faces,.. one that of a young girl and another of of an old lady,.. and they are looking at different angle.. The young girls face is not visible but the old lady's face is visible...
