I like to put a movie in while I am busy so I stay more relaxed. Standing in line at the post office I can take a moment to relax. Stopping while gardening and just enjoying my surrounding in my rural setting is relaxing for me.
I do read before going to sleep. Nothing with messages just creature feature or sci fi type books. Sometimes I will just sit and watch a movie but I itch to get busy. Type A you know.

For relaxation, i listen music. Smtimes i go out driving alone. It helps me unwind as well. I mite as well go for movie with sm or the other frnd whn i m not in the best of times.Or simply take my pet for a walk in the park. There sm1 surely meets me and helps me get rid of my worries.

Do you have any particular music you can suggest. I listen to Enya, Sade or classical music to unwind usually.

I meditate and do Yoga every chance I get. It keeps me relaxed, centered, and focused. If that ever fails, I remove myself from society and go for a hike (if possible). Nothing like a walk through nature to help regain your composure.
I also like to write. Writing helps release a lot of built up tension that you wouldn't be able to get out otherwise.
