What is your criteria of selecting a best response?
I am asking this because sometimes I get biased towards my old MYlot friends and tend to have a soft heart for them so that they can earn more. How can I be more unbiased and How do you people manage that?

I generally select that response in which i can see that the responder has answered the query not keeping in mind that he's gonna earn from it. Those responses which are straight thoughts from ur heart are choosen as best by me. I dnt care who is my frnd and who is not.

It's alright, my friend. Please continue to be biased. But please be biased towards me. LOL :P
For me, I try to be as impartial as possible. I look for wit, humor, depth of sharing, and relevance to the discussion. If there is a tie, it will always go to someone on my friend list who has been contributing actively to my thread. ;-)

Best Response is picked according to the guidelines. Pure and simple. A single line response is not participation really. That soft heart I hope will not get you into difficulty. Not sure if it really pays us to get a Best Response. Would hope so. So pick those that fulfill guidelines as to giving a thought out and on topic response That should make it more easy to select. Good luck.

a.A Quality answer.
b.I have a new knowledge from the answer.
3.The responder answer as a professional.
4.That is no joke or just blame me as a person.

In one of my discussions, I actually choose a best response for the woman that "chastised" me. She had valid points and brought up a lot of good points. So while she was not the person who agreed with me, or thought my discussion was funny, she stated HER opinion, which is what this is all about!
