I just wanted to let you know, since I found that the book has been sold out in most places, you can purchase it at WalMart. I bought 2 copies! Does anyone else know of another place to purchase the DVD other than online or major bookstores?

Yeah... I finally found it at WalMart. I leave $1 bills in it every once and awhile too :)

If you have a Borders, or Barnes and Knoble in your area they probably have it.
