Single's Party Menu

In your opinion, what's a great menu for a Single's Party of approximately 10+ people? Would you do just appetizers? Entrees? What about drinks? Wine? Sodas? Would you ask everyone to bring something?

Easy to serve foods such as small squares of cheese with a toothpick so they can easily pick them off the tray. Dont forget a few diet sodas and at least one vegetarian treat for people who might be on special diets. Yes, you could ask each one to bring a contribution to the menu.
