I ve been a member in silvanamails and it pays a lot of money for reading mails.Do any body get paid from this site.Is this a fake?

for god sake get basic english right, it annoys me so much the amount of people who cant talk properly, do any body ?? whats up with that

I just joined recently. Is it a scam? I've been receiving tons of mails from them. Can anyone confirm whether they really payout or not?
