trojan dropper agent vb

i would really like to know if any members of yours know of any ways to remove this.i also did a scan with bit defender and found a couple of other trojans.i have anti-virus and spyware etc software installed on my computer already but im still getting problems with xp. i notice i cant use the TURN OFF button occasionally and the computer freezes. i have problems occasionally with the PROGRAM NOT RESPONDING error message.bit defender did say i was possibly infected.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Also i had to recover my pc (ONLY THE ONCE) about 2 months ago.could some of these old glitches have been reinstalled. thanks.
