Long Hair/Short Hair...Which do you prefer..

Nah.. I am a guy and I don't like long hair on me. Don't you start talking about those long haired lads from Germany though. I asked one of my colleagues from Germany once about this strange occurrence about german lads keeping long hair. I had a good laugh when I found out that the simple reason is that hair cuts are so expensive in Germany. That's why. We can have a nice hair cut in Singapore for about $8-10. In Germany, he said it would cost about $80-150 in Singapore dollars. In my opinion, 40-75 EUR is a lot of money to snip off a few strands of hair.

i prefer to hav short hairs since they are easy to handle n take care of........ also small is trendy n fashionable................

I prefer having my hair short as it is easier to manage and I just feel more comfortable with shorter hair. I can not see myself with long hair at all and it would be a pain to maintain. The less combing and brushing the better. :-)

For me it was always long growing up. Now its about half way in between being long and short. I guess the older I get the shorter it will become. I don't know I always think women that are older should sport shorter dos but that's just my opinion.

I like my hair long, I feel weird when I cut it really short, like I am naked somehow =) I am sure it is alot easier to have short hair though, but I will stick with long hair!

I prefer a short haircut.It's not just because I am a guy.I feel very fit with a short haircut,if you can believe that.That's not to say I never enjoy keeping long hair, but it hardly happens in my case.It's much easier to wash off my hair when it's short and doesn't fall over my eyes or face.

My hair was pretty long about 4 months ago and I decided that I needed a change so I cut it. I think that I like the way that I looked better when it was long and prefer it long. I've been at the hairdressers every week trying to get my length back.

In my younger years i use to wear my hair short.Since then i have let my hair grow out and i wear it longer.Thease days i wear mostly braids.Especially micros.

I prefer long hair.I had short hair for a really long time and I agree that it is alot easier to mantain but it just did not look right to me.I obviously do not have the face and body for it because I was constantly getting mistaken for a gay man.So I grew it out and now I live it up with long hair.I always get compliments from people who tell me that I have really pretty hair.

Well, I like both I guess. I want to keep my hair long but my hair is really thin and straight so it's hard to keep it long, it starts to look flat and boring. So I get it cut in a style that is about shoulder length or just a little shorter and it flips up on the ends framing my face on the sides with highlights throughout. I like it that way because it's easy to style and keeps my hair looking a little fuller and not so flat. I really do like how long hair looks though but only on other people because my hair just looks bad when it's long. I need a haircut right now because my hair is getting really long but I can't afford to go in so I'm going to just color it myself and let it grow out until I can afford it. My husband will trim it for me for the time being.

personally, I prefer long hair, not for everyone, but for myself. It makes me feel younger, and looks the best on me. I have naturally curly hair, I have to straighten it, and I look terrible with short curly hair like I did when I was a teenager. I think it depends on what works for you...it will be a long time before I cut my long hair.

When i was little i use to have my hair half way down my back. But as i have gotten older i usually get it cut and permed and let it grow out from collar length. It usually takes about a year from that to get down half way down my back. So its that long now and going next week to get the yearly perm and hair cut about right at the collar length maybe a little shorter.

i prefer short hair. it's too warm when i have long hair. and i can get easily irritated. hehe.

i've only had short hair once.didn't like it. some people it looks great on,but not me. plus,long hair hides my big honking ears ;) mine is currently past my waist.

I like both but I have long hair and this is the longest its ever been. I think long hair is easier to take care of. If you dont feel like fixing it just pull it all up on top of your head.LOL

Long hair may be a problem if you like swimming...And if you like swimming often. You have to wash it and use various shampoo, so it gets a bit frustrating. I wish we could have long hair in winters, and short hair during summers :)

i prefer long hair coz its feminine and sexy..

It's fun having a new hairstyle. It's just feels great; you feel like a new person or sometimes it makes you more confident. My hair is long and black and I like always long and I just trimmed it once in a while.I do sometimes change a hair style but still long and I don't like to put any color at my hair at all.
