Who can I chat with?

I'm a Chinese boy, exactly...
As you know, English is not the mother tongue of my nation``
and I want to chat with somebody among you, to improve my english.....yes, may be it can, to some extent, be a kind of my preparation of IELTS in April.
And...something detailed...
I like computer, and have higher experience in web designing, picture making and program making.....
Also, I like music, play the piano, chinese gourd flute, clarinet....
listen to music, but major is pop by stefanie sun and jay chow, maybe you do not know....
And ~`` I want to chat with sb...girl is better, between 15 to 20..
hahah~`````also, I can teach you some Chinese...

dude thats a good thing u want to do.u want to improve ur english communication skills.very gud to hear that.even my mother tongue is also not english am from india.i know little bit as my mother did her postgraduation in English thats y am writing here messages in english to u.otherwise i wont even try to do this.Now am in US doing my M.S if u wish v can chat.wanna chat wit me?????????/

I'm from Russia. English is not the mother tongue of my country. I'm not sure yo like it for improving english. But I need language practice. I'm 19 and I haven't talked in english since I was 14. I'm studying religions at the unversity.
