I have many.
One of them is shrimp. It's easy and excellent.
All I do is take cooked large shrimp, place them in individual cooking dishs. I put a slice of cheese on top, and then sprinkle some melted butter with bread crumbs mixed in it over the top. I bake until warm. Around 20 minutes on 350*.
