What do you think is a good breakfast? I don't ever seem to get it right.

I used to not eat any breakfast, but in the past few years, i now will have a breakfast bar and a coffee. However, I just heard that it is most important to have protein in the morning and I don't have any of this. Do any of you struggle with eating a proper breakfast too? What do you eat for breakfast, and what do you suggest? Thanks for your help.

I guess the easiest breakfast to prepare is egg, scrambled, omelette or sunny side-up. There's also hashbrown, hotdogs, sausage and french toast.
I don't have trouble in preparing these, because I know how to cook. Milk is also a good source of protein, and choclate drinks. Apple is a good substitute for coffee..

hot dogs, sausage and french toast don't sound like they are very healthy. I just can't seem to find a quick, yet well balanced breakfast.

i think it is really nice to start your day with a hot cup of coffee. but ofcourse you have to eat something, try eating breakfast muffins or pancakes. dine out so that you'll no longer worry preparing your meals. i love mcdonald's breakfast meals, i don't know if you'll enjoy it too...:)

i eat a breakfast bar which is a healthier version of a muffin. I don't like to dine out, espec. mcdonalds.

My family favorite breakfast, Sunny side up egg, bacon, ham and bake bean and with a cup of freshly brew coffee. I can only have it during weekend. All will sit down and enjoy the breakfast for the morning.
On weekday, I am always rushing to send the kids to school and getting to work. And breakfast is just sandwich and a cup of coffee that I grab from the company cafeteria. Not too fullfilling but ok to get along with it.
