Are computer games gonna come to an end?

Hi everybody,
Computer games are really suffering because of the the advanced gaming consoles.Most of the games are made for them now and I dont blame the companies because those consoles r really powerful, for instance XBOX 360 has four 2.6GHz processors in it.Do u think that a time will come soon when each individual will have to buy an expensive console to play games and computers will be nothing more than an advanced cell-phone or a calculator?

To some extent your question is true ,for FPS ,3PS, racing,etc console give a much greater fun but then for strategy...computers are the only thing for strategy.I mean the best thing.in strategy you just gotta relax and command not lifke other in which you are in constant motion.The consoles ,too are not for long,The NXT generation gaming will be VIRTUAL

yes man really u can experience other problems in computer like contantly upgrading video cards,RAMs for around every 8 months.....so most of are now switching to other things...
