You have to wait until you get the minimum payout which is $10. then you can be paid through PayPal or e-gold. To set it up go to 'edit your preferences' then 'payment information'

but i feel its an huge task as got to earn $10 and till now have not even earned $1 have no clue who to start earning fast money..... are you also facing the same problem.......

It's a long way to know that how you will transfer your money, first of all the thing you've to make the minimum payout which is about ten dollars. After that you have to edit your e-gold / paypal account number in account information which you'll find in 'edit your preferences' when you'll verify your account number with myLot, myLot will send your money on that account than after words you better know that how to in cash your money from paypal or e-gold. I know of e-gold because I am using it, but I have no idea about paypal. If you want to about paypal in cash system try to ask any senior which is using paypal.
