How Often Do You Groom Your Dogs?

How often do you groom your dogs? Do you groom your dog even if it is short haired? I have a long hair and a short haired Border Collie and I groom them both equally as during molting season the both itch alot and this is due to loose hair. A quick once over with the brush, removes all the loose hair and stops them both from itching.

I have a short haired mutt I brush her maybe once a week. She really does not need it but she loves it. I bathe her once a month and more if she goes to my mother-in-laws house because she has 7 outdoor dogs. My dog is an indoor dog and she loves to cuddle.

my two dogs are short haired (although one has a fanny tail, i.e. his tail has long hair, much like the tail of a german sheperd but longer)... and we bathe them once a week and we always brush their hair... and it has become a habit of mine to look for parasite inhabitants as well...
=)
