I am currently in Southern Luzon (or Southern Tagalog as it is commonly referred to). I have stayed in Luzon all my life although I have had the chance to visit Northern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao at least a few times.

Luzon, i'm currently living in Metro Manila... i was born in Bicol and lived there until 2001... my grandparents and relatives live in Pangasinan so we usually go there at least twice a year... i have been to Visayas only once back in 1997 when we went to Cebu and hopefully this summer we'll be going to Boracay...

I am from the Visayas region specifically Leyte. My municipality is Isabel about 40 kms from Ormoc -- we are hosting two of the biggest factory in the Philippines, namely, Philphos (making inorganic fertilizer mostly for export) and PASAR (a smelting/copper producing plant). Our place is even categorized as an industrialized area and a first-class municipality. Our cultural influence is Cebu although our currect capital is Tacloban. Most of the residents are not Warays (as opposed to Tacloban). hence, most people here are more familiar with Cebu than Tacloban. Geographically, we are directly facing Cebu that's why we are tuning our tvs to the Cebu channels.
Maayong adlaw sa tanang taga Visayas.
