can u say, the above mentioned line is wright or wrong,we can do whatever we want until it afeects somebody else,can u jude this statement

I disagree. You may not have to pay for the crime until you are caught, but it is still illegal whether you are caught or not.

I can't say I agree with that statement. Does that mean I can torture and kill somebody and it is ok as long as nobody ever finds out? I think most people are well aware of what is right and wrong and often you can just let your conscience be your guide.
