I think west life and backstreet boys have similar type of songs, isn't it?

Westlife isnt a band I'm that familiar with but the whole boy band concept in itself is pretty repeatitive. Nsync and Backstreet were basically the same band.. I think they all have similarities.

basically, the backstreet boys started to make the boy band thing popular though there are a lot of boy bands before them like the new kids on the block but i think all boy bands have the same concepts of songs and the like. westlife revived one song from the backstreet boys (color my world) and a song from nick carter (a heart without a home). isn't to early to early to revive a song from the backstreet boys? and to think they have some kind of rivalry in terms of the band thing.

I think both boy bands sing western popular songs that have good melody and the way they sing is quite soulful esp. backstreet boys esp. love songs. But i think they also have good videos though they are not too much into dancing like NSync was.

the difference is westlife mostly sing re arrange song and BSB sing original song. ^^ I like BSB mre than westlife but yeah.. similarity of boyband is their handsome personil. lol

Yes these two groups are very similar in there singing styles. I also find that westlife is very similar to the old school singing groups as well like REO Speed Wagon and Air Supply very mellow and down to earth.

I think almost every boys bands sound the same. I really dilike the idea of boys band...
