The following are the simple tips.Implement these in your life as a daily routine work and stay healthy for ever.Pl do not take these tips as task.
(1)Early rise and early bed.(Wake up daily in between 4 a.m.to 5 a.m. irrespective of season)
(2)Wash your eyes just after wake up by throwing gently water on your face and having water in your mouth.
(3)Drink four glass of water(about one litre)daily just after wake up.
(4)Have a morning walk daily for 1/2 hour in fresh air much before sunrise.
(5) Do Prayanam ( Kapalbhati and Anombilom for 15 minutes each)in empty stomach daily in the morning.
(6)Take Papaya, Guava,fatless milk only daily in your breakfast.
(7)Take lunch and dinner daily in such a way that 30 % of your stomach needs to be empty.
(8)Use green leavy vegetables more and more.
(9)Have a ten minute walk after lunch and dinner.
(10)Drink water only after one hour of your lunch and dinner.
(11)Have one day complete fast every week.
(12)Don not take junk/fast food.
(13)Be a good vegetarian.
(14)Eat roti more and rice negligible.
(15) Do prayanam (Kapalbhati and Anombilom 15 minutes each ) daily in the evening with empty stomach.
(16) Have a walk daily for 1/2 hour in fresh air in the evening.
(17) Quit smoking, Tamaku, Gutaka, wine , whisky,rum etc.
(18)Drink nim juice( prepared with green leaves of nim, tulsi etc)
(19)Drink pumpkin juice daily one glass.
(20) Sleep daily only for 6 or 7 hours.Never sleep in day hour.
(21)Take honey, Badam daily in small qty.
(22)Drink warm water after every lunch and dinner.
(23)Be happy with what you are earning.

Well the first of your tips in life I do I wake up every morning around 4-5am. These tips maybe good for younger people but it is recommended that when we get a bit older that we should have a rest in the daytime even if we do not sleep but just to lay down and rest our bodies for at least one hour a day.

First of all what is prayanam(Kapalbhati and Anombilom)? Where does one aquire nim juice? Also as a beef cattle rancher I can't see becoming a vegetarian. The rest I could handle. I seems like a good common sense way to live.

This is very interesting information, some of which I already do like going to bed early and rise early. That is just the way I have always been but do not feel any healthier because of it. :-) Some of these I do not do and would not do. I definitely plan on getting my walking in again as soon as it gets warmer and lighter out in the evenings.

thanks for the tips my friend, im doing them every day but instead of water intake every morning, i take coffee with cream and water afterwards. there's one thing i missed and dont understand in your tips, becuz im not an indian i am a filipino...what's prayanam? and how do we do it? thanks my friend...

There are quite some interesting tips in this discussion. THey make sense. THere are some that I wouldn't be able to folow. Believe me, I wouldn't be able to wake up that early each day if my life depended on it :)
