A site with legitimate PTR programs

I usually don't like to mess with these PTR programs but I was referred to this blog review site and this is where I found the website that has the PTR programs that have actually paid their members so I signed up for one of them so far. I don't want to take on too many right now because I have a lot of other things on my plate right now. Anyway here is the link to the one I have signed up for.
