Remember the hard shell ice cream sauce?

Here is a recipe for it!!!1 cup or 6 oz of semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter cubed
3 Tbsp Evaporated Milk
cook and stir over low heat
it should be melted and smooth
Serve warm over ice cream, the sauce will harden.
Refrigerate any leftovers, it can be reheated in microwave
This makes 1 cup.

I'll have to give this a try. I gave up dessert for lent, so it'll be a few weeks before I get to try it.
I'm glad to know it's all regular ingredients. That stuff used to scare the crap out of mebecause I thought it was some weird chemical that made it harden so fast.
