My 6 month old has been spitting up after every bottle lately. Does anyone have any advice?

How bad is the spitting up? Sometimes a baby drinks too fast and gets air bubbles. Is your 6 month old on the same formula as when it was brought home from the hospital? I know my 6 month old great niece use to spit up and get very constipated from a certain kind of formula, so the doctor prescribed a baby laxative to put in her drink once a day and that seemed to have helped. It is possible that the formula may be a little too strong for the baby to digest. It could possibly be that your baby is teething & that could cause a sour stomach. It really could be so many things. If it can't keep any of the formula down, then I would take him/her to the doctor.

He is teething, so maybe that's it. I'm taking him to the doctor tomorrow. Thanks

Some babies can be allergic to formula and also they can sometimes get acid reflux. I would talk to your doctor about it. My little niece does the same so her mom feeds her a little a time instead of finishing the whole bottle.

How long has this been happening? Have you changed their formula? Are they on solids yet? Maybe they don't need as much formula.
