free best programs for my computer

I don't know for sure what free program for the internet you're looking for, but there are many good, free programs to be found. And sorry I don't know what php programming is. Assuming you are using windows, www.opensourcewindows.org has a lot of good programs available, and are adware and spyware free. free.grisoft.com is home to AVG anti-virus. They have a free version that does a very good job. I know many people who use this program, including myself.
