I fart too often in a day that I stop counting anymore. I believe that there's something wrong inside. Doctors said that I had digestion problem, then what? Where do I get all the gas from? What should I do or take? Like maybe I should coffee or else? Often I feel like I want to poo but in fact I just fart. This is killing me coz this is related to my pooing. I feel like I want to poo but I can't only gas. Often I poo namy times in a day because it doesn't come out at once, too many gas inside. By the way, they are not stinky fart.

My mom always said, if you keep farting you are on the way to the bathroom *L*
I am not gonna comment much on me farting. But I know certain things do cause gas for me including sometimes milk, coffee, chocolate, and tea. Lots of others you think of too like beans and chilli.
There is this website about farts I found rather informing. I was bored one day and typed in farts. OH PLEASE DONT ASK ME WHY! *L* If you want to look into here is the link! Good luck!

Farting is just a normal procedure in a day-to- day life.
Its just removal of some gases like hydrogen sulphides etc.
These gases come from food we eat and also from some gases we suck in.Its said that a normal person farts 10-15 times in a day but it can vary from person to person. Its not at all necessary for every fart to b stinky because its just hydrogen sulphide which makes gases stinky and as i told before gases are not necessarily formed because of hydrogen sulphide,it could be even gases we suck in sometimes unknowingly, and these gases do not make our farts stinky.

OK, I do have to be honest here, some days I fart so much it would be impossible to count. One time I had a full body x-ray done, and there was all these blotchy black spots on the x-ray. The doc told me they were gas (a good thing, but yikes!!) My kids actually told me to ask the doc about my gas problem...lol The doc told me that what triggers gas is carbs. Pasta, bread, and potatoes. He said if I elminated them, it would help my gas problem tremendously. I've found that my biggest trigger is potatoes. When I don't eat them, I rarely fart....lol Perhaps this might help!! :)

Dear Freind, you have constipatation only, nothing more, if your Fart is smell bad it means your stomach is not clean use some mediceine to clean it , everyone Fart but they have no bad Smell so nothing to worry about that, in your case you know it, try to avoid baked items and use more fruit and vegetable in eating may be you get some relief,

I also heard that it is normal to fart approximately 6 times a day. Anything that is causing you excessive discomfort or embarassment could be considered abnormal as "normal" farting should not cause a problem in your day to day life.
In addition to food sensitivities, it is suggested that people do not eat fruit and vegetables together. When it is being digested, fruit can ferment in the gut, which leads to the creation of excessive gas. Try eating only vegetables with your dinner or lunch and have your fruit for breakfast.
You can also purchase (from health food stores) peppermint oil capsules that you swallow which are good for people who experience Irritable Bowel Syndrome as they calm and soothe the bowel - I was advised this by a consultant at the hospital.
Have you asked your doctor for allergy testing or to consider the possibility that you might be suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome? If it is really causing you problems with going to the toilet, then I would go back and ask for further investigations to be carried out.

All people have gases problem, it is quite natural
and is a result of swallowing air because of
indigested food breakdown by harmless bacteria.
The gas comes out by burping or passing it through the rectum. In normal case one should pass gas about 14 times a day, the gas is made primarily of odorless vapor. The unpleasant odor because of bacteria in the large intestine that release small amounts of gases that contain sulfur.
The gas can sometimes be uncomfortable & inconvenient; it can come from bloating of the abdomen after eating and is a result of bad habits or dieting options.
Few remedies you can try as under....
1. Drink chamomile tea to calm the gas and pain.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of grinded fresh cardamom seeds to
1 cup of boiling water. Wait 10 minutes and drink.
Repeat 3 times daily before meal.
3. Boil one cup of water, with 2-3 carnation sprouts,
cook for 5 minutes and drink 3 times a day.
Can add cinnamon stick.
4. Mix one teaspoon of cayenne to 1 cup of boiling water.
Take one teaspoon from the mixture and mix with
a cup of water; drink when needed.
5. Blanch dill leaves and drink.
6. Massage the stomach.
7. If possible to you kindly try to reduce or stop completly the consumption of rice, milk, pulses and their products as a whole try for a day and tell me the change you found. The just required quantity is ok but try to avoid it's excess consumption atleast. My suggestion is you just don't take these items just for one day and chack the effect yourself.
If you feel better add a comment in return to this response.
Wish you a rescue soon from the fart and burps.

There could be a variety of reason why that happens. You should first change your diet at first and try different foods. You will find different foods will react with you differently. Next I would try eating yogurt with active cultures. Now this could make it better or worse. Next you could try enzymes. Buy this at a health food store. It will help in the digestion of your food.

Farting more than occasionally, to me, is an indication of an underlying digestive system problem. When it happened to me a lot, cleansing my colon was helpful to get things running smoothly and no more foul smells and bad sounds.
An inexpensive solution is psyllium seed powder (NOT the hulls!). I am able to get this at Fred Meyers in the bulk section, and also at certain health food stores.
Also, I just received some from a friend and the brand is called "Now", and it has a purple cap and orange midsection on the plastic bottle, and contains 12 oz.
Psyllium seed powder can be spooned and stirred into juice or a banana smoothie, etc. It bulks up quickly and must be consumed right away. It can bulk up to 50 times it's original weight, and it takes out tons of toxins with it.
You will never know that you could poop that BIG till you start taking it and it starts cleaning, and you go from pencil sized poop to logs (graphic, sorry!). A couple spoonfuls a day in juice or a smoothie gets things going... after a few days whatever yucky backed up stuff gets going, and boy, it feels great!
One shouldn't use psyllium seed powder for more than 6 weeks at a time because it can wash out too much of the natural intestinal bacteria. Don't take too much in a day or you will have stomach cramps and a lot of bathroom emergencies.
A more expensive but very effective solution is to look up the colon cleansers number 1 and number 2 by Dr. Richard Schulze... he is into natural health big time and does not believe in incurable diseases.
Gas is a result of toxicity from fecal matter that has not been expelled and needs to be. It sits there and putrifies. I better stop now before I get too graphic. :-)
The healthy body should not make obnoxious noises or stink. Farting is a sign of bad health and/or bad diet.
Another thing you can do to cleanse the colon is to eat raw vegetables with lots of fiber in them, especially lots of salads, and celery. Apples help too.

I think that it's considered normal to have about six farts a day. I have no idea where you get the gas, but common reasons are constipation, allergies, ingesting artificial sweeteners, and not getting enough fiber. Ask your doc what he or she thinks is wrong!
