What your response whenever your child crying nightly while you weary .

I have 6 children, 4 sons and 2 daughters. Small one at 1 year 4 month. His name is Afif, we call him as Acip. Sometimes his brother call Cip .. cip .. anyway we live harmonies until now.. Only every night he always cry..cry..and cry.. I'm so tired because everyday work at outside/ out-station and hardly.. Have U any recipes/ formula for that?
