dont we lack a quality allrounder in our team?

do we hav a good allrounder in our team??someone who can rescue us from difficult situations,someone who can matches on their own??i dont think pathan belongs there..almost all other team has such players??why we inspite of being a huge nation cant produce good allrounders??

Yeah you are right. In the 83 world cup squad we have 4 genuine all rounder but in this team we dont have a single all rounder. people are saying Pathan is an all rounder but i dont think so coz he cant do the double role in a single match. If we consider pathan as a all rounder then why we should not count Sehwag, Yuvrag, Sachin, Dhoni

ya its sad that our team lacks a quality all rounder...........
dont know whos at fault the selecters, coach or who coz i believe that india is full of talent...........
pathan has a fairchance of turning into a gud all rounder......

Yes vinayak.Its been crucial issue over the past few years that we should have a good allrounder in the team.But say it coincidence or badluck that After Kapildev India are unable to find a good allrounder.It hurts when we have to choose from the option wheter to play 7 batsmen,4 bowlers or to play with 5 bowlers and 6 batsmen.

well actually i feel the indian team has lots of players who are a bit selfish, in the sense who strive for personal records.. as such they dont concentrate on their all round performance .. i mean they r keen on either battin or bowlin so that they can go for record breakin.. i thnk pathan has chances of becomin a gud all rounder though..
