I read the Da Vinci code, and it had no affect whatsoever on my faith. The book is just a novel and many of the things that are stated in it are made up by the author. You just have to do your own research to find out what is false. If your faith in God can be shaken by a work of fiction I think that you have to ask yourself if you ever had REAL faith

I read the book, ... About the faith I couldn't lose it because I never had it. But even though I think some of the things are true, the book was still almost a move, and Dan Brown exaggerated a lot. And if you read Angels and Demons, you will see that it is the same book. Just a different cover.

I had read HBHG a while before Da Vinci Code came out- so I alreaady had an idea of the story's message-favored it, so I was predisposed to like the book. I thiought he had a very good way of presenting his views. the story was exciting in itself amd the characters were interesting and likeable, - unlike the dry reading I've been doing on the Magdalene, Philip's gospel etc. You haven't said what you thought. so give-did you like it?

The Book seemed very unreal. As i went on reading it, it literally felt as if i was watching a thrilling movie. Its ok for a time pass but i dont regards it as an earth shattering faith doubting book.
