i dont want to be fat forever. I've been trying to lose weight, i went to gym, I already tried herbal medicines and i did a lot of exercised but unfortunately it's always a failure. And I think I have an eating disorder because when i am alone, down, depressed and stressed, food is always my comfort, so i eat a lot during that time.

Sistah! There's only one answer to your dilemma - have a lot of self-discipline. If you want to lose weight, start now and don't just keep on saying "i'll just do it tomorrow" or "the next day". You and you alone have the power to make the difference! Charing! hehehe...:)

Don't do it Baby..please...You will loose weight as you are taking efforts for that but it will take time..You can have your meal but not at one time..eat 3-4 times a day in little quantity but don't eat which is not required.also please don't feel loanly and keep yourself engaged in your interests...I am with you always...Enjoy your life and live it happily....

You are very young and any changes you make now will benefit you for many years to come, you might want to try out some tapes that I have used to help me lose weight and they do work very effectively and you can buy them here:
http://www.mckenna-direct.com/
The guy Paul Mckenna has helped loads of people and celebrities with all sorts of problems and he also has another website here:

I would recommend this guy to anyone who struggles with willpower.

i always had trouble keeping my desired weight since i really love to eat. i'll share a trick with you... eat!
that's right, eat a lot of meals a day. at least 5 or 6 meals, evenly spaced out through out your day. the catch is you shoul eat in moderation. less is best. hope this helps you out. and going out for a walk wouldn't hurt either...
good luck!

Alright, it seems like you have already tried a lot and still aren't losing weight. I think if you are thinking you have an eating disorder that you should try and go to the doctor and find out for sure. Have you tried changing your eating habits? You really should learn to deal with your emotions in others ways than food, and that should help you out a lot. Try other activities to deal with stress and other negative emotions, such as finding a new hobby, game, activity, etc to do. Best of luck.

Hey,
I'm going through the same thing right now. One thing that I found when looking at my eating habits was that I binged when I was alone and bored. I always did crafts growing up so I figured that whenever I was alone or bored, i'd pick up a craft and start working on it. HAHA and it's a great way to earn extra money (I sell the stuff I make) I do something different each day so it changes a lot...and don't try to overkill yourself with a lot of exercise, that causes injury. Work your way up, walking is great. Get a pedometer, try to work your way up to 10,000 steps a day. It sounds like a lot, but it's not too bad if you are wearing the pedometer all day. I still have to buy one, I saw an article in a fitness magazine about it. Also don't do crazy crash diets. I found sticking to weightwatchers is easier for me because I can still have my much needed chocolate! But hey, if you need someone to talk to, feel free to talk to me, we can motivate one another :-)

Diet and exercise is good, but you must do them both together.
To do one without the other will not get the best results.
Try to eat good fats like coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil. To lose fat you need to include good fat in your diet.
It is the good fat(especially coconut oil) that will help you loose weight by burning the carbohydrates.
