Parents give birth to theil children and raise them up.In general,it's a course requiring great efforts. But some people think it has nothing to do with me, my appearance in the world was beyond my willing and they just made me have a hard time.It wasn't me that asked them to bring me to the world. So, what do you think? Should we be grateful to our parents? Why? If your answer is positive, then how far should we go in rewarding them or do you think it would be enough to just live with them without quarrellings.

I think you should be very grateful to them. Bringing up a child in todays world is not easy. Parents incurr lots of responsibilty when they have a child and it is no easy task trying to do it right. On the other hand, you should not have to reward them that much. Having a child is a choice and as a parent you have certain responsibilities. A lot of what parents do is necessary and expected.

yes, I feel we should be grateful to our parents. It is not right to say that you did not ask to come to this world. Take it as a positive way, without them, you wouldn't be in this world. They have brought you to this world, reared you and given you good values and good life, so you have to be grateful. They could have negected you, abused you or ignored you completely. If they have loved you and sacrificed a lot for your upbringing they deserve your respect, love and understanding.
