Losing weight is a main concern to many people, today. Many people decide and readly take on a weight loss program. After one or two month into the program they abundant the idea. The secret is, keep going and make small changes.
One nutritionist said, that the secret to weight loss is to make small changes and do it everyday and you will slowly but surely lose those extra pounds.

From your comment I gather that you are one of those who are not on the excessive weight side, that is cool.
I trully, love that, cause I enjoy eating good food. I love food. As I easily put on weight when I am on an eating spree. I have to control my eating.
Sorry, I do not know of any sites, but for weight gain, your pharmacy might be able to help you...

that is sage advice but new info has come out in research that the brain of overweight people can actually be different. The area known as the hypo campus is affected and people who are overweight to not feel full from eating like normal people are and this can explain at least in part the reason for overeating.

I feel frustrated and im sick of trying some diet tips to lose my weight, sometimes i skip meal at night but i can't help myself to eat a lot on the next day. Actually im in a big hurry to lose my weight.

well,
sometimes I think weight loss need not to follow a certain progrem.I mean I know people eat too much but they don't getting fat, others eat more less, and they are fat. so I think it is something related to genetic factors more than to certain program you are or must follow.

Weight loss is becoming a more prominent trend these days.
In my opinion, the 2 determining factors could be having a strong desire to loss weight and a strong self-control to carry out the weight loss program. The rest are distraction which come and go to affect us emotionally.
Once we are not able to hold our 2 important factors, we will again slide into our previous self and unhealthy habits. Very quickly, our weight will increase like nobody business and our moods will be affected.
Somehow, our mind still plays a very important role in weight loss. Shall we go through a workshop to understand how our mind works before embarking on a weight loss program?

Yes Kelivin, I do remember reading an article saying, that the mind and personal discipline plays a very important part in weight loss.
The other factor you rightly put, what degree of desire that one has to reduce weight.
