Do you complain about bad service? I am terrible, I complain about almost everything!! Once I got a box of cereal that didn't have the toy and so I complained. They sent me the full collection of toys to apologise. I've found most companies will really make it worth your while if you do complain. They offer replacement products, free meals and things. My brother ordered pizzas to be delivered. They said it would only be 30mins, but it took 1hr. So he complained, so they took his details and told him his next order would be free. So he did, said 30 mins for delivery, it took over an 1hr. So he complained again!! He ended up getting 3 free meals before they got it right. On te other side, if I receive exception customer service, I contact the store or whoever in the hope that person receives recognition. I recently had sme bad dealings with my phone company (they were sending me a new mobile which the courier stole). I spoke to about 4 different people over 3 weeks. The last lady I spoke to was the most helpful person I even encountered! She phoned me back every second day after my first dealing with her to make sure every was progressing and giving me an update. She was always so friendly and courteous. I phoned the company to commend her, so I hope she received some kind of recognition. So do you complain or compliment companies?

Sometime we are known as a nation of moaners insted of doing any complaining. I most certainly complain otherwise they will keep doing the same over again. Plu complaining lets them know what they might never find out unless we complain to let them know.

It is good to complain so that other people know what they are doing is not right. However, sometimes you must be very careful, who you are complaining of. Take the case of the pizza, you mention, you never know that those pizza are clean maybe because the pizza owner is already annoyed to the complains he deliberately put dirty or something in the pizza just to make even.
