The IP-mobile company Fabonet launched with free calls this week. Free from IP-mobiles and computers, to any destination.
It's still free to call.

I don't know that company, but I just ordered VOIP from a danish supplier called onfone, can't wait to try it out. I'll get it in a few weeks. Hoepfully the quality is good.

If you try this one you will get to call in less than 30 seconds after you "order" the free caller-id. They are in a test phase for 1 or 2 weeks more. The quality can be variable during the test, but with the right client, such as Nero Sipps, the quality is excellent.
