My 15 year old son has been 'nicking off' from school and was recently caught stealing with his 3 good mates. Should I ban him from seeing them socially after his grounding is over. They have a history of stealing, my boy doesn't. We are new in this city and he doesn't think he'll make other friends. I've got him involved in playing Lacrosse but that's all he'll play and the season is only for 3 months. Help!!!!!!

I would suggest you find out the real reason why your son stole. Is it bad influence from friends? In that case, you should definitely bar him from their company. Otherwise, go to the root of the problem and counsel him accordingly.

according to me, you should think what you are going to do if you are in the place of your son ,how you are going to over come from that,it's age which makes all these

banning your son from seeing his so called good friends will sometime make thing even worst. for ur case i think u should pick up more time to accompany him n have a good chat with him. i think he will listen to you if you speak nicely to him. after all he's only 15 but also this is the age u should keep an eye on him.
