How fat is your cat? Ours has got to be over 20 pounds,

All of my friends have commented on my 14 pound female cat. Now, I can tell them that there's heavier ones out there, lol. People often ask if she's pregnate to which I reply "No, she's just fat". It doesn't matter because, to me, she's the most beautiful cat in the world!!

I have three young females and two of them are normal weight, but one of them is a bit on the large size. I asked the vet if he thought she was overweight. He said that if she stayed at that size she would be fine. She runs around like a nut, but she just loves to eat. I would guess that she is about 15-18 pounds.

Moomin is quite a big girl, not easy to lift and hold but I don't know what she actually weighs. She's a greedy little thing too, and will happily steal food from off the table given half a chance.

lol this is a great topic :) One of my cats LOOKS huge but apparently he is only 14 pounds or something. He's fairly old too, so I don't think that's too bad. My youngest cat is about 13 pounds now, but he is young!! I think he is overweight for his age, and hopefully can slim him down a bit through excercise and eating in a more healthy way. My cats love people-food so much, so it's no wonder they gain so much weight!

I don't know how much is a Pound....here in europe ..we use Kilograms and my Cat has 3 Kg ..not that fat :)

I have a "fat"cat too!! Last time he was weighed he was 19 pounds. He's about 12 years old, and he loves to eat. I've had to change his food so that he doesn't get soooo fat that he can't move.. His name is Socks, but most of the time we call him "fatcat", he's the most lovable cat I have ever had..
