i love making white sauce with olive oil , garlic , evaporated milk , condensed cream of mushroom , parsley flakes , button mushroom , pepper then with mixed seafood combination like - shrimp , scallops , fish fillet & crabmeats into a fettucini or ziti pasta . the more garlic you add the more aromatic pasta sauce you'll get . saute the garlic slices with the olive oil to golden brown for best result before adding other ingredients !

i add a little condensed milk to my basic white sauce. other times, i add a little more salt than usual. my kids prefer the flavorful white sauce. they don't care for the one with a bland flavor.

One of my family's favorite pasta sauces is a seafood alfredo sauce... very easy to make by adding lots of shrimp, crab, whatever fish or shellfish is on hand, garlic, pepper, etc. It tastes delicious, is very rich and filling (so you don't have to add a lot of it) and is a nice change from the usual tomato or meat sauce.

hi friend, try this:-
thin white sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 c.milk
medium sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 c.milk
other ingredients
oregano
parmesan cheese
sour cream , salt and pepper
garlic salt or powder
now take a saucepan and melt the butter.stir in flour, salt and dash peppr.now add milk all at once.cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly and then again cook for another 2 more minutes.
now serve it with pasta.
best of luck.

Add lots of garlic to the white sauce and it will have an incredible flavor. When I go to restaurants and order alfredo sauce it always tastes bland to me, but when my husband makes it at home it is wonderful. We always triple the garlic recommended in any recipe, and always use fresh garlic - it is awesome!
